Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice and remain the same regardless of the country of delivery.
Promotional offers may occur for limited time, online or over the phone (i.e. money off or/and free gift with a promotional code).
Multiple promotional codes cannot be used on the same order.

Order

Once you have placed your order on this Site we will send you a confirmation via email.
For Online Consultations we will contact you to agree a consultation date.

Payment

You may pay using any method specified in the payment section of this Site. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account when you place your order. By doing so you confirm that the credit/debit card used is yours or used with the consent of the card owner.

Refund

If we are not able to provide the service purchased (Online Consultation or Skincare Analysis) within 30 days of the order, you can request a refund.

Your account

The Personal Identification that you are required to provide when registering as a customer must be true, accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for taking all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
If you have a reason to believe that your password has become known to somebody else, or is likely to be used in any way that is unauthorised by you, you should contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in be Skin Aware best interests to do so.

You may not make any change or alteration to this Site or any Content or services that may appear on this Site and may not impair in any way the integrity or operation of this Site.

By giving your consent, you approve of us saving the personal and sometimes sensitive information you provide via the be Skin Aware discovery form (i.e. skin concern, health condition). We will use this information in order to provide you with the best possible skin care advice. All advices and recommendations are based on the information provided to us.
